Getting started
Billing within a few minutes

Open the app
Works in any modern browser on the counter machine, or install it on an Android phone or tablet. Nothing to buy first.

Enter your shop details
Name, owner, phone and state. Drug licence and GSTIN are optional — add them later from Settings when you have them to hand.

Start billing
Load the medicine catalogue or add your own, and raise the first bill. Everything from here works with or without a connection.
Your data
We'd rather not hold your records
A pharmacy's bills carry patient names and prescriber details. That is sensitive information, and the safest place for it is your own device — which is where MedSync keeps it by default.
Cloud backup changes that, deliberately and only when you switch it on. Nothing leaves the device until you do, and you can switch it off again and ask us to erase what we hold.
What never leaves the device
Staff passwords and PINs are never transmitted, on any plan.
Scanning a bill
A supplier invoice you photograph is read and the image discarded — it is not stored. Supplier bills carry no patient information.
Erasure
Ask us and we delete the copy we hold, and tell you what was removed.
